Discounted Walt Disney World area hotel rates start at $92 for spring bookings

Travelers planning visits to Walt Disney World Resort this spring can access discounted hotel rates starting at $92 per night at Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, a group of independently operated properties near the theme parks.

The limited-time offer is available for booking and stays through June 30 and targets regional travelers, including Florida residents and those within driving distance.

The pricing applies to select hotels in the Disney Springs area, with rates varying by property.

Guests staying at these hotels receive benefits similar to those at on-property Disney resorts, including early theme park entry and scheduled transportation. The properties offer 30-minute early access to all four Walt Disney World theme parks and provide shuttle service throughout the day.

The promotion coincides with seasonal events at the resort, including the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which runs through June 1. The event features large-scale character topiaries, themed gardens, food offerings and live music performances.

Which hotel brands are part of the Disney World partnership?

Participating hotels include brands such as Hilton, Wyndham, Holiday Inn and DoubleTree, with nightly rates ranging from $92 to more than $180 depending on the property and availability. Additional costs such as resort fees, parking and taxes are not included in the base rate, officials said.

The hotels are located within walking distance of Disney Springs, a retail and entertainment district connected by pedestrian access. Guests also receive access to discounts at select dining and shopping locations in the area, as well as reduced rates on golf amenities at all four Walt Disney World Golf championship courses.

“Just steps from Disney Springs, these Official Walt Disney World Hotels combine the magic of Disney with the comfort and value of the world’s leading hotel brands,” states a release from Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels. “With a variety of accommodations and price points for families, groups, and business travelers, the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels offer a convenient and flexible way to immerse yourself in the magic of a Walt Disney World vacation.”

The Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels are not owned by Disney but operate in partnership with the resort, allowing them to offer certain guest benefits while maintaining independent management, officials said.

The discounted rates are available through a dedicated booking platform and may be subject to blackout dates and limited inventory.

These discounted reservations cover only your stay; theme park admission is a separate expense that travelers should keep in mind. Guests at Disney Springs hotels can purchase tickets for Walt Disney World in advance or on the property.
